Right to cancel the purchase and return policy

All products purchased on www.RebelandI.com can be returned and re-bagged, whenever the customer contacts us via the email address info@RebelandI.com within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of order.

1. Defective products

1.1 You must contact us at the email address info@RebelandI.com and communicate your intention to return the product/s purchased. You must specify order and receive numbers of the returned products, reason for the return, collection address and the prefered collection schedule.

1.2 We will contact the customer to specify the date of collection of the product to be returned, and we'll take care of the expenses. And if the customer wishes we will generate a new order to proceed to change of the article/s.

1.2 In order to accepted the return, returned products must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be kept in its original packing and labeling.
  • You must include a copy of the delivery note inside the package, which notes the returned products and the reason for the return.

1.3 If in agreement with the previous points, we will send the customer an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return, and we will send a new item (postage free) or the payment of the sum of returned products and shipping if you do not want the changed item.

1.4 The reimbursement in the user's account as a result of such refund shall be made as soon as possible after receipt of the products by Rebel and I. The payment of the refund will be issued to the same card used for payment and will be available within 48 hours on a debit card, and up to 30 days on credit cards. If the recipient of the goods and the person who has paid the order are not the same, reimbursement of the amount of the refund will be done by Rebel and I to the person has to made the payment.

If payment was made by Paypal or transfer, the payment will be made by transfer to the account that the customer specifies.

1.5 If the return could not be accepted because of its non-compliance with the above conditions, the user is not entitled to reimbursement of the amounts for returned products. However, the customer may request that the goods are returned, but will be charged the new delivery expenses from Rebel and I warehouses. If customers reject this possibility, Rebel and I reserves the right to withhold the goods concerned and the amount corresponding to the same.

2 Products that do not fall within the range of defective

2.1 The user should contact Rebel and I through the contact section of this page and communicate their intention to return the product/s purchased. You must specify the order and reference number, of the returned products, reason for the return, collection address and their preference regarding the collection schedule.

2.2 Rebel and I will contact the customer to arrange a collection date for returning products. The cost of shipping and return will be assumed by customer.

2.3 You can not make changes to a product with another. If a customer wants to exchange an item, they must return the original product at their own expense, and simultaneously place a new order to purchase the desired product.

2.4 In order to be accepted, returned products must meet the following requirements:

  • The unwanted product must be in the same state as it was delivered, and must retain the original packaging and labeling.
  • The unwanted product must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product, or alternatively, in a similar enclosure so that the product arrives at our warehouse in it's original state.
  • You must include a copy of the delivery note inside the package, where the returned products are noted and the reason of the return.

2.5 If in agreement with the requirements of the previous point, Rebel and I will send the user an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return, and will proceed to the payment of the amount of returned products, minus the cost of returning them. Shipping charges of the order will be refunded only in the case of defective or incorrect products.

If the customer rejects this possibility, Rebel and I reserves the right to withhold the goods concerned and the amount corresponding to the same.

Events outside our control and risk

We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a Contract, that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). The Force Majeure includes any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  • Strikes, lockouts or other vindicatory measures.
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorism, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
  • Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transportation, public or private.
  • Inability to use of public or private telecommunications.
  • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
  • Strike, failure or accidents borne transport, postal or other transportation.

It is understood that our compliance obligation under any Contract is suspended during the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension in the time to carry out out bligations for the duration of that period. We will do our utmost to bring about the end of the Force Majeure or find a solution to cary out our contract obligations despite the Force Majeure. The risks of the Products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery. You will acquire the ownership of the goods when we receive full payment of all amounts due in connection therewith, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, whichever is at a later time.

Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and enforcement of the conditions, as well as all acts which are a consequence of them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public policy provisions contrary to this.
